How to Return an Item
Returning an item is quick and hassle-free. Follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email hello@nestaura.com.au with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Include a photo if the item is damaged or faulty.
Get Your Label
We'll send a prepaid Australia Post return label to your email within 24 hours.
Pack & Post
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Funds appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
What Can Be Returned
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days.

- ✅ Items in original packaging
- ✅ Items received damaged or faulty
- ✅ Items that don't match the description
- ✅ Change of mind within 30 days
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are excluded from our returns policy.

- ❌ Opened personal care or hygiene items
- ❌ Custom or personalised products
- ❌ Items marked as Final Sale at purchase
- ❌ Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. For a minor fault, we may choose to repair or replace the item. These rights apply regardless of any returns policy.
