Questions about placing orders and making payments

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your security.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, they enter our fulfilment pipeline and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at hello@nestaura.com.au if you need to make changes.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Afterpay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security.

Yes, an order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days Australia-wide. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page on the website.

Currently we ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there's no update for 3+ business days, contact us at hello@nestaura.com.au and we'll investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Our hassle-free return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Email us at hello@nestaura.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, funds appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened personal care items, custom or personalised products, and items marked as final sale. All other products are fully returnable.

We're so sorry! Please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nestaura.com.au. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

Every product listed on NestAura is personally reviewed before going live. We only sell items that meet our standards for build quality, safety, and value. We stand behind everything we sell.

Click 'Lost your password?' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

Yes! When browsing products, click the heart icon to save items to your wishlist. You'll need to be logged in to save your wishlist permanently.

Visit the product page and scroll to the Reviews section. You'll need to have purchased the item to leave a verified review.
